If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us using the Iinquiry form within eight days of receiving your order.

・ Reason for return or replacement
We cannot accept returns or replacement requests for the following items:

・ Items that arrived eight or more days ago
・ Items that have been used
・ Items that have been damaged, stained, or broken due to your fault
・ Items, such as those given as gifts, whose origin (i.e., time and place of purchase) is unknown
